Wingers

Wingers are vulture like OverCharge Drinkers that are seen swiping humans possibly to turn them into OD when you first play the game. it is not known how they are like this. but a possible reason was some already mutated OD hit a vulture and the vulture turned into the winger. Another possible reason is that they during their mutation, they must have grabbed some Fizzco flags and it fused with their arms forming wings. The Fizzco logo can be seen on their blue wings and they are seen with large Overcharge bubbles on their head.
