The Fizzco DSRC is a Single Shot Weapon in Sunset Overdrive. It is one of the weapons added in Dawn Of The Rise Of The Fallen Machines.
It was designed by an unnamed weapons designer, who had convinced Fizzco to buy it after pairing it with his proprietary sat-relay technology. After his successful sales pitch, he was told to wait in the "Inventor's Lounge", conveniently enough with several other people who had sold ideas to Fizzco. It is presumed that they were all gassed to death.
Description[]
This is a medium-long range, multi-lock orbital laser strike weapon. Sweep the reticule over multiple enemies to lock onto them. Release the trigger to fire shots from the orbital satellite. When the laser shots hit the ground they explode, damaging and knocking back enemies.
The DSRC can lock onto many enemies at once by holding the Right Trigger, then waiting for the reticules to pop up on the enemies. Releasing RT fires the lasers. Sometimes the actual satellite will crash down on the enemy.
Acquisition[]
Complete the Quest "It's Just Business" to unlock the DSRC in Two-Hat Jack's inventory. It costs 200,000 Overcharge.
